Step 1: 

Go to your WordPress plugins dashboard.  This is where you can see all the plugins that you have installed.

Step 2: 

Hit Add New.  This is going to bring you to the WordPress plugin store.

You can now see all the plugins you can add to WordPress.

Step 3: 

Alternatively, hit Upload Plugin to install plugins that are not on the list or those coming from a third-party provider. 

Step 4: 

Choose the file that you want to add.

Make sure that file is still zipped.  You do not need to extract the plugin.  It needs to be a zip file in order for this to work.

Step 5: 

Hit Install Now to install the plugin. 

Step 6: 

Once you get this message that the plugin is installed successfully, hit Activate Plugin and you will be good to go
